8.3 Non-binding Statements on Process and Delivery 

All statements made below are in good faith based on what “we” know and/or can provide to the customer deemed “to-date”. This business model is variance dependent and all parties make a good faith effort to satisfy customers needs as advertised or legally required. We cannot guarantee exactitude or precision.  

Processing and Delivery timelines (realistic estimates): from site processing, payment, supplier, shipping service to your door a general timeline is 5 days and up to 21 days depending on your level of delivery service paid for at checkout. Most orders can be filled as Domestic: 7-10 days; International 10-21 days. Please Note: at high volume demand or times of year (Winter Holidays, Spring, Early Fall) delivery timelines may increase. Shipping methods & carriers: Drop-shipper, i.e. Printful, can use United States Postal Service, DHL Globalmail Parcel, UPS or Fed Ex, etc. At the time of checkout you will choose your timeline based on shipping costs, and that may auto-select the carrier that best matches your needs.  

USA Domestic Shipping costs:  $5.00 USD and up to $10.00 USD.  

International Shipping Costs: varied by location, currency and order size; please see checkout cart for more details. ($5.00 - $30, or more)

Order tracking: Via your email address provided, you will receive tracking data directly within your email. Multiple emails will come through the fulfillment process showing purchase data, processing, shipping and delivery notifications.  Use the links in browser, mobile devices for tracking timelines, estimates and deliverables. 

Lost or damaged packages/Returns:  please follow the link in the order email for detailed instructions on how to return your item.  Third Party service provider, Printful,  will work with you on returns or swaps.
